Convert CONFIG_SYS_OMAP24_I2C_SLAVE et al to Kconfig

This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_SYS_OMAP24_I2C_SLAVE
   CONFIG_SYS_OMAP24_I2C_SPEED
