mmc: support the sdhci instead of s5p_mmc for samsung-soc

In driver mmc, generic s5p_sdhci code is implemented.
s5p_mmc file is dupulicated.
we are good that use the generic sdhci.
This patch supported the sdhci for Samsung-SoC.
