script: remove CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT from white list

Now all mpc85xx and mpc86xx have converted to use SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT
in Kconfig. Drop this macro for LSCH2 and remove from white list.
