Update the .dts files for the various boards with an Allwinner A64 SoC.
This is as of v4.18-rc3, exactly Linux commit:
commit 818668055c9d588c9a9d151e3b258ed1adacba0b

arm64: dts: allwinner: a64: bananapi-m64: add usb otg
It updates the existing DT files, adds the newly added axp803.dtsi and
removes our temporary kludge file to get Ethernet support in U-Boot.
I left the amarula-relic alone, as this DT has not reached mainline yet.
The changes are not critical anyway, and the next sync will fix this.

The Linux device tree for the Allwinner A64 SoC has changed a lot since
the U-Boot version was merged.
Let's replace the current DT with a exact copy of the Linux one as of:
commit c6778ff813d2ca3e3c8733c87dc8b6831a64578b
Merge: 0ff4c01 3c0e3abd

This is the DT used in Linux 4.12-rc1.
Since U-Boot has an Ethernet driver (while Linux does not yet), we
provide the required DT nodes for it in an ...-u-boot.dtsi file, to both
mark them as U-Boot specific and to allow easier upgrading once Linux gets
the driver and its own binding later.
Compared to the existing Ethernet DT nodes we just slightly tweak the clock
and reset nodes in there to match the new bindings used by Linux for those.

The originally committed .dts files for the Pine64 were from an early
proof-of-concept version and should have never been committed upstream.
Replace them with much more mature versions, which also use a different
naming scheme.
Please note that at this point there is at least one binding which has
not been agreed upon, so this is subject to change.

The Pine64+ is a system based on the Allwinner A64 SoC. It is capable of
running AArch64 code and thus is the first of its kind for the sunxi target.
This patch adds a defconfig and device tree chunks for it.

Copy over all the latest dts changes from mripard/sunxi/dt-for-4.2 ,
this gives us a proper dtsi file for the A33 rather then abusing
sun8i-a23.dtsi for this.
And this replaces our minimal (dummy) sun7i-a20-mk808c and
sun8i-a33-astar-mid756 dts files with proper ones.

Bring all the sunxi dts files (and update existing ones) from
mripard/sunxi/dt-for-4.1 (which will be merged into upstream master any
day now). This is necessary so that we can move all sunxi boards over to
the driver model.
