When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

At present fdt blob or argument address being passed to kernel is fixed at
compile time using macro CONFIG_SYS_SPL_ARGS_ADDR. FDT blob from
different media like nand, nor flash are copied to the address pointed
by the macro.
The problem is, it makes args/fdt blob compulsory to copy which is not required
in cases like for NOR Flash. This patch removes this limitation.

As part of the startup process for boards using the SPL, the
meaning of board_init_f changed such that it should return normally
rather than calling board_init_r directly. (see
db910353a1 )
This was fixed in 32-bit arm, but broke when SPL was added to
64 bit arm. This fixes crt0_64 so that it calls board_init_r
during the SPL and removes the direct call from board_init_f
from the arm SPL example.

The default board_init_f() implementation performs a call to
board_init_r() as the last step of the sequence. Fix the comment
for this function to reflect the actual execution flow.

We now have the CONFIG_SPL_DM for code within SPL to toggle caring about
DM or not. Without this change platforms that do enable CONFIG_DM but
not CONFIG_SPL_DM may be broken (such as OMAP5).

This is already set up in crt0.S. We don't need a new structure and don't
really want one in the 'data' section of the image, since it will be empty
and crt0.S's changes will be ignored.
As an interim measure, remove it only if CONFIG_DM is not defined. This
allows us to press ahead with driver model in SPL and allow the stragglers
to catch up.

We need to get rid of this SPL-specific setting of the global_data pointer.
It is already set up in start.S immediately before board_init_f() is called,
and there may be information there that is needed (e.g. pre-reloc malloc
info).

At the high level, the problem is that we set gd multiple times (and
still do, even after the commit we're reverting). We set important
parts of gd to the copy which is not above stack but rather in the data
section. For the release, we're going to revert this change and for the
next release we shall correct things to only, really, set gd once to an
appropriate location and ensure that comments about it are correct too.

reserved space for the initial gd on the stack. There
should be no need to allocate it again.

With device trees, boards do not always set CONFIG_MACH_TYPE now, so we
must not rely on this define being set. The kernel uses ~0 to see if we
have a valid machine number or not, so set that as the default, invalid
machine, id and only fix if CONFIG_MACH_TYPE is set.

Note this is a tree-wide change affecting multiple architectures.
At present we use __bss_start, but mostly __bss_end__. This seems
inconsistent and in a number of places __bss_end is used instead.
Change to use __bss_end for the BSS end symbol throughout U-Boot. This
makes it possible to use the asm-generic/sections.h file on all
archs.

In SPL (CONFIG_SPL_FRAMEWORK) board_init_f must setup the stack pointer,
clear the BSS and call board_init_r. We mark this as weak as some
platforms may need to perform additional initalization at this point.
We provide a gd that we know will be in a usable location, once the BSS
has been cleared to help with this as well. Finally, we no longer call
relocate_code so remove that from the armv7 version.
Next, both board_init_f and jump_to_image_linux are going to be
inherently arch-specific, so move these versions to arch/arm/lib/spl.c
