To support DM QSPI driver:
- Add -u-boot.dtsi to modify n25q256a@0 and n25q256a@1 compatible string
to "spi-flash" and add "num-cs" property.
- Enable DM SPI and DM SPI FLASH configurations
- Remove iomux settings of qspi1 in board codes which is not needed
for DM driver.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SPI
This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies
things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update
the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for
CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a
reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

In order to provide a consistent user experience for imx board users,
remove the custom CONFIG_BOOTDELAY values from defconfig files, so that
all boards can use the default two second delay.

When CONFIG_DM_MMC=y, CONFIG_BLK should be selected, otherwise the
SD/eMMC card cannot be used.
Also, select CONFIG_DM_USB=y when CONFIG_USB=y to avoid build failure.
Tested on mx6slevk, mx7dsabresd and mx6ullevk.

CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER is the framework that the drivers are dependent on
USB_HOST_ETHER. Use this as a menu and move the existing LAN75XX and
LAN78XX options under new menu. Finally update the defconfigs that need
CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER.

This option should not really be user selectable. Note that on PowerPC
we currently only need BOARD_LATE_INIT when CHAIN_OF_TRUST is enabled so be
conditional on that.

If including MX6SX in CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS, CONFIG_ROM_UNIFIED_SECTIONS
will not effect.So move MX6SX to Kconfig entry from CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS to

Move TARGET_xx Kconfig option based on mx6 to arch/arm/cpu/armv7/mx6/Kconfig.
Add enable "CONFIG_ARCH_MX6" for boards based on mx6.
Then we can choose target boards using "make ARCH=arm menuconfig"
with ARCH_MX6 defined.
If using original way, we have no chance to enable ARCH_MX6 when
"make menuconfig". Even define CONFIG_ARCH_MX6=y in xx_defconfig,
kconfig will complains "arch/../configs/platinum_titanium_defconfig:3:

Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.
Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.
A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

In order to reduce merge conflicts and to maintain the simplest possible
defconfig files, we should be using the savedefconfig feature of Kconfig
every time a new feature is added. This keeps the defconfig settings to
a minimum (only those things not default) and keeps them in the same
order as the Kconfig options.

In Linux Kernel, defconfig files are located under
arch/${ARCH}/configs/ directory.
It works in Linux Kernel since ARCH is always given from the
command line for cross compile.
But in U-Boot, ARCH is not given from the command line.
Which means we cannot know ARCH until the board configuration is done.
That is why all the "*_defconfig" files should be gathered into a
single directory ./configs/.
