with Microblaze one.
This patch fixes the driver and Microblaze initialization.

Move board specific function to board_init function in board/ folder
Remove externs from generic board.c
Use board_init_f function in board.c file.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
