Only the BF561 port was using the common dual core headers, so merge them
into the BF561 specific headers.

Only the BF533 port was using the common extended headers, so merge them
into the BF533 specific headers.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
