Linux Kernel abolished include/linux/config.h long time ago.
(around version v2.6.18..v2.6.19)
We don't need to provide Linux copatibility any more.
This commit deletes include/linux/config.h
and fixes source files not to include this.

This patch uses the general ffs definition to replace the
platform ffs definition.
This patch also fixes the build error by adding hweightN
definition for m5329evb and m5373evb.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.

UBIFS requires fls(), which is not defined for arm (and some other
architectures) and this patch adds it. The implementation is taken from
Linux and is generic. ffs() is also defined for those that miss it.
