Also:
- changed CONFIG_DRIVER_CS8900 to CONFIG_CS8900
- changed CS8900_BASE to CONFIG_CS8900_BASE
- changed CS8900_BUS?? to CONFIG_CS8900_BUS??
- cleaned up line lengths
- modified VCMA9 command function that accesses the device
- removed MAC address initialization from lib_arm/board.c

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

Old, obsolete and duplicated code was cleaned up and replace by the
new partitioning method. There are two possible approaches now:
* define a single, static partition
* use mtdparts command line option and dynamic partitioning
Default is static partitioning.
- remove all references to CONFIG_INIT_CRITICAL for ARM based boards
- introduce two new configuration options instead:
CONFIG_SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT and CONFIG_SKIP_RELOCATE_UBOOT
Move most of the timer interrupt related PPC code to ppc_lib/interrupts.c
