Simon Glass	e160f7d430	dm: core: Replace of_offset with accessor ... At present devices use a simple integer offset to record the device tree node associated with the device. In preparation for supporting a live device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to access this field through an inline function. Phil Edworthy	2d0c2c47aa	gpio: dwapb: Add support for port B ... The IP supports two ports, A and B, each providing up to 32 gpios. The driver already creates a 2nd gpio bank by reading the 2nd node from DT, so this is quite a simple change to support the 2nd bank.
