MPC5XXX_WU_GPIO_DATA macro to MPC5XXX_WU_GPIO_DATA_O (per MPC5200 User's
Manual). Replace the uses of MPC5XXX_WU_GPIO_DATA with
MPC5XXX_WU_GPIO_DATA_O for affected boards.
