OMAP3 used GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x8_LAYOUT and GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x16_LAYOUT macros
to configure GPMC controller for x7 or x8 bit device connected to its interface.
Now this information is encoded in CONFIG_SYS_NAND_DEVICE_WIDTH macro, so above
macros can be completely removed.

GPMC controller on TI's OMAP SoC is general purpose controller to interface
with different types of external devices like;
- parallel NOR flash
- parallel NAND flash
- OneNand flash
- SDR RAM
- Ethernet Devices like LAN9220
Though GPMC configurations may be different for each platform depending on
clock-frequency and external device interfacing with controller. But
initialization sequence remains common across all platfoms.
Thus this patch merges gpmc_init() scattered in different arch-xx/mem.c
files into single omap-common/mem-common.c
However, actual platforms specific register config values are still sourced
from corresponding platform specific headers like;
AM33xx: arch/arm/include/asm/arch-am33xx/mem.h
OMAP3: arch/arm/include/asm/arch-omap3/mem.h
OMAP4: arch/arm/include/asm/arch-omap4/mem.h
OMAP4: arch/arm/include/asm/arch-omap5/mem.h
Also, CONFIG_xx passed by board-profile decide config for which set of macros
need to be used for initialization

CONFIG_NOR: initialize GPMC for NOR device
CONFIG_ONENAND: initialize GPMC for ONENAND device

Currently there are two sets of omap_gpmc.h header files
(a) arch/arm/include/asm/omap_gpmc.h
common header file for all platforms, containing defines and declarations used
by GPMC NAND driver.
(b) arch/arm/include/asm/arch-xx/omap_gpmc.h
SoC platform specific header file containing defines like ECC layout.
This patch removes platform specific arch-xx/omap_gpmc.c because:
- GPMC hardware engine is common for all SoC platforms hence only (a) is enough
- ECC layout is now defined in omap_nand.c driver itself based on ecc-scheme
selected. Hence all ECC layout declarations in (b) are redundant.
Build tested using: ./MAKEALL -s am33xx -s omap3 -s omap4 -s omap5

ACTIM_CTRLA macro errently passes "b" parameter to ACTIM_CTRLA_TRAS()
instead of "c". To make usage more clear, replace all single-letter
macro parameters with more descriptive parameter names.

This introduces 200MHz Micron parts timing information based on x-loader
to <asm/arch-omap3/mem.h> and Numonyx MCFG calculation. The memory init
logic is also based on what x-loader does in these cases. Note that
while previously u-boot would be flashed in with SW ECC in this case it
now must be flashed with HW ECC. We also change CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE to
0x80100000.

This changes to making the board be responsible for providing the
memory initialization timings in SPL and converts the devkit8000
to this framework. In SPL we try and initialize both CS0 and CS1.

This adds the optimal SDRC autorefresh control register values for
100Mhz, 133MHz, 165MHz and 200MHz clocks. We switch to using this
to provide the default 165MHz value.

This adds an MCFG macro to calculate the correct value, similar to
the ACTIMA/ACTIMB macros and adds a comment that all of the potential
values here are documented in the TRM. Then we convert the Micron
value to use this macro.

are defined in 'header' style comments.
Moved them along with definitions. Should help maintain
consistency between comments and code if any of these
are tweaked in future.

Define common macros to arrive at the values of registers
SDRC_ACTIM_CTRLA and SDRC_ACTIM_CTRLB for different memory
types.
This doesn't make any real change in the execution but
helps readability.

OMAP3 relied on the memory config done by X-loader or Configuration Header. This
has to be reworked for the implementation of a SPL. This patch configures RAM
bank 0 if CONFIG_SPL_BUILD is set. Settings for Micron-RAM used by devkit8000
are added to mem.h

function (mem_init), this generalization of omap memory setup
is necessary to support the new emif4 interface introduced in AM3517.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
