usb: dwc3: dwc3-omap: make dwc3-omap build in uboot

*) Changed the included header files to that used in u-boot.
*) Removed extcon_* APIs
*) Removed regulator_* APIs
*) Fixed other misc warnings
*) Added dwc3-omap.h to include the definitions of UTMI modes.
