board: ti: dra71x-evm: Hook LDO1 of LP8733 to EN_PIN

All regulators are hooked to EN_Pin at reset so that EN Pin controls
their state. Hook the LDO1 regulator to EN pin which at reset is not
hooked. This applies only to LP8733.
