am335x_evm: enable SMSC PHY driver

Beaglebone uses SMSC PHY which works incorrectly with generic PHY driver so enable SMSC PHY driver to fix networking problems on Beaglebone. Signed-off-by: Ilya Yanok <ilya.yanok@cogentembedded.com>
