Remove unused BOOTFLAG definitions

This follows on from commit d98b052 ("powerpc: Cleanup BOOTFLAG_*
references") and commit fc3d297 ("Drop bogus BOOTFLAG_* definitions").
Remove the definitions that have crept in since.
