Linux Kernel abolished include/linux/config.h long time ago.
(around version v2.6.18..v2.6.19)
We don't need to provide Linux copatibility any more.
This commit deletes include/linux/config.h
and fixes source files not to include this.

Since the IOP480 (PPC401/3 variant from PLX) is only used on 2
boards that are not actively maintained, lets remove support
for it completely. This way the ppc4xx code will get a bit cleaner.

As discussed on the list, move "arch/ppc" to "arch/powerpc" to
better match the Linux directory structure.
Please note that this patch also changes the "ppc" target in
MAKEALL to "powerpc" to match this new infrastructure. But "ppc"
is kept as an alias for now, to not break compatibility with
scripts using this name.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.

e500v2 and e500mc.
* Certain fields of HID0/1 don't exist anymore on e500mc
* Cache line size is 64-bytes on e500mc
* reset value of PIR is different

Added the ability for C code to invalidate the i/d-cache's and
to flush the d-cache. This allows us to more efficient change mappings
from cache-able to cache-inhibited.

Either use the standard defines in asm/cache.h or grab the information
at runtime from the L1CFG SPR.
Also, minor cleanup in cache.h to make the code a bit more readable.
