The DRAM size can be easily detected at runtime on i.MX53. Implement
such detection on MX53QSB and adjust the rest of the macros accordingly
to use the detected values.
An important thing to note here is that we had to override the function
for trimming the effective DRAM address, get_effective_memsize(). That
is because the function uses CONFIG_MAX_MEM_MAPPED as the upper bound of
the available DRAM and we don't have gd->bd->bi_dram[0].size set up at
the time the function is called, thus we cannot put this into the macro
CONFIG_MAX_MEM_MAPPED . Instead, we use custom override where we use the
size of the first DRAM block which we just detected.

Fix memory access slowness on i.MX53 MX53QSB board. Let us inspect the
issue: First of all, the i.MX53 CPU has two memory banks mapped at
0x7000_0000 and 0xb000_0000 and each of those can hold up to 1GiB of
DRAM memory. Notice that the memory area is not continuous. On MX53QSB,
each of the banks contain 512MiB of DRAM, which makes a total of 1GiB
of memory available to the system.
The problem is how the relocation of U-Boot is treated on i.MX53 . The
U-Boot is placed at the ((start of first DRAM partition) + (gd->ram_size)) .
This in turn poses a problem, since in our case, the gd->ram_size is 1GiB,
the first DRAM bank starts at 0x7000_0000 and contains 512MiB of memory.
Thus, with this algorithm, U-Boot is placed at offset:
0x7000_0000 + 1GiB - sizeof(u-boot and some small margin)
This is past the DRAM available in the first bank on MX53QSB, but is still
within the address range of the first DRAM bank. Because of the memory
wrap-around, the data can still be read and written to this area, but the
access is much slower.
There were two ideas how to solve this problem, first was to map both of
the available DRAM chunks next to one another by using MMU, second was to
define CONFIG_VERY_BIG_RAM and CONFIG_MAX_MEM_MAPPED to size of the memory
in the first DRAM bank. We choose the later because it turns out the former
is not applicable afterall. The former cannot be used in case Linux kernel
was loaded into the second DRAM bank area, which would be remapped and one
would try booting the kernel, since at some point before the kernel is started,
the MMU would be turned off, which would destroy the mapping and hang the
system.

Change the default environment to use zImage instead of uImage, this
requires changes to the default environment to load a file named
zImage instead of uImage, and to use the 'bootz' command instead of
'bootm' when booting the kernel.

According to the README:
"- CONFIG_SYS_SPD_BUS_NUM
If SPD EEPROM is on an I2C bus other than the first
one, specify here. Note that the value must resolve
to something your driver can deal with."
There is no SPD EEPROM on the imx boards, so ged rid of this option.

There is no real benefit in adding the board name into U-boot's prompt, so
remove the custom CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT definitions so that the standard "=> "
prompt is used across FSL boards.

Introduce FSL_PMIC_I2C_LENGTH to configure the number of bytes that are used to
communicate with the PMIC via I2C.
Instead of hardcoding the value, pass the number via a configurable option per
PMIC type.
This will be useful for adding support for PMIC MC34704 from Freescale, which
uses only one byte in its I2C protocol.

Fix usage of 'mmc rescan' by many configs. Proper use is
'mmc dev ${mmcdev}; mmc rescan' to set the mmc device and then rescan
the device. 'mmc rescan' itself does not take any arguments.

CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.

Original code was assuming that the fuse revision version for all mx53loco boards
based on Dialog PMIC was the same, which is not the case.
Force the revision of all Dialog-based boards to 0.
This fixes a kernel crash when PMIC is accessed in the 2.6.35 kernel
for Dialog rev E boards.

We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }
in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in
the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its
own table.

Add support for CLAA07LC0ACW LCD that connects to the mx53loco board.
Configure the board to show the Linux logo on the LCD.

FSL 2.6.35 kernel assumes that the bootloader passes the CONFIG_REVISION_TAG information.
The kernel uses this data to distinguish between Dialog versus mc34708 based boards,
and also to distinguish between revA and revB of the mc34708 based boards.

There are two types of mx53loco boards: initial boards were built with a Dialog
DA9053 PMIC and more recent version is based on a Freescale MC34708 PMIC.
Add DA9053 PMIC support and adjust the required voltages and clocks for running
the CPU at 1GHz.
Tested on both versions of mx53loco boards.
In the case of a MC34708-based board the CPU operating voltage remains at 800MHz.

Print CPU information within board_late_init().
This is in preparation for adding 1GHz support, which requires programming a PMIC
via I2C. As I2C is only available after relocation, print the CPU information
later at board_late_init(), so that the CPU frequency can be printed correctly.

The serial driver for iMX SOCs is continuosly changed if a
new SOC or not yet used port is used. CONFIG_SYS_<SOC>_<UART Port>
defines were used only to find the base address for the selected UART.
Instead of that, move the base address to the board configuration
file and drop all #ifdef from driver.
