This sets the default commands Kconfig to match include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes them from include/configs. Joe Hershberger	6eed3786c6	net: Move the CMD_NET config to defconfigs ... This also selects CONFIG_NET for any CONFIG_CMD_NET board. Remove the imx default for CONFIG_NET.
