This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.

Since it is already in m68k folder, un-necessary to pad mcf. Replaced immap_5329.h and m5329.h to immap.h
