Fixed some broken instances of "#ifdef CMD_CFG_IDE" too.
Those always evaluated TRUE, and thus were always compiled
even when IDE really wasn't defined/wanted.

- fix a typo in V38B config file
- move watchdog initialisation earlier in the boot process
- add "wdt=off" to default kernel command line (disables kernel watchdog)
* remove warnings when compiling ethaddr.c
* adjust linker script (fixes a crash resulting from incorrect
definition of __u_boot_cmd_start)
- Some MarelV38B code cleanup.
