Various files are needlessly rebuilt every time due to the version and
build time changing. As version.h is not actually needed, remove the
include.

lowlevel_init of SH was corrected to use the write/readXX macro.
However, there was a problem that was not able to be compiled partially.
This patch corrected this.

R2D plus is SH reference board used with SH7751R.
This board has 266Mhz CPU, 64MB SDRAM, Cardbus, CF interface,
one PCI bus, VGA, and two Ethernet controller.
