There was for long time no activity in the mpx5xxx area.
We need to go further and convert to Kconfig, but it
turned out, nobody is interested anymore in mpc5xxx,
so remove it.

Recent changes caused that the HMI10 board now is included in the
boards built by MAKEALL, which revealed that compilation for this
board has been broken for a long time:

Some files included my old standerd file header which had a "All
Rights Reserved" part. As this has never been my intention, I remove
these lines to make the files compatible with GPL v.2 and later.

Fix problems introduced in commit
7b5611cdd1 [inka4x0: Add hardware
diagnosis functions for inka4x0] which redefined MSR_RI which is
already used on PowerPC systems.
Also eliminate redundant definitions in ps2mult.h. More cleanup will
be needed for other redundant occurrences though.

This patch adds basic support for the TQM8548 module from TQ-Components
(http://www.tqc.de/) including DDR2 SDRAM initialisation and support for
eTSEC 3 and 4
Furthermore Flash buffer write has been enabled to speed up output to
the Flash by approx. a factor of 10.

The PS/2 keyobard driver for the TQM85xx modules only supports the
internal DUART of the MPC85xx CPU. Since the MPC8560 doesn't
include a DUART, the TQM8560 modules can't be used with the PS/2
keyboard controller on the STK85xx board.
The PS/2 keyboard driver should work with the modules TQM8540,
TQM8541 and TQM8555, but it only has been tested on a TQM8540, yet.
Make sure the PS/2 controller on the STK85xx is programmed. Jumper
settings: X66 1-2, 9-10; X61 2-3
