Bin Meng	ec37913221	x86: quark: Prepare device.h for inclusion by ASL ... There is a device.h for quark on-chip devices, mainly for definitions of internal PCI device numbers, but it's not ready to be included by ASL files. Intel Quark SoC has the same interrupt routing mechanism as the Queensbay platform, only the difference is that PCI devices' INTA/B/C/D are harcoded and cannot be changed freely.
