It is confusing that mdio commands work and report phy id as decimal value when mii is working with hex values. For example: ZynqMP> mdio list gem: 21 - TI DP83867 <--> ethernet@ff0e0000 ZynqMP> mdio read ethernet@ff0e0000 0 Reading from bus gem PHY at address 21: 0 - 0x1140 ZynqMP> mii dump 21 0 Incorrect PHY address. Range should be 0-31 ... ZynqMP> mii dump 15 0. (1140) -- PHY control register -- (8000:0000) 0.15 = 0 reset U-Boot normally takes hex values that's why this patch is changing mdio command to handle hex instead of changing mii command to handle decimal values. This makes it easier to find a file since the prefix does not get in the way. Simon Glass	72a8cf8dcc	Move all command code into its own directory ... There are a lot of unrelated files in common, including all of the commands. Moving them into their own directory makes them easier to find and is more logical. Some commands include non-command code, such as cmd_scsi.c. This should be sorted out at some point so that the function can be enabled with or without the associated command. Unfortunately, with m68k I get this error: m68k: + M5329AFEE +arch/m68k/cpu/mcf532x/start.o: In function `_start': +arch/m68k/cpu/mcf532x/start.S:159:(.text+0x452): relocation truncated to fit: R_68K_PC16 against symbol `board_init_f' defined in .text.board_init_f section in common/built-in.o I hope someone can shed some light on what this means. I hope it isn't depending on the position of code in the image. Simon Glass	4c12eeb8b5	Convert cmd_usage() calls in common to use a return value ... Change all files in common/ to use CMD_RET_USAGE instead of calling cmd_usage() directly. I'm not completely sure about this patch since the code since impact is small (100 byte or so on ARM) and it might need splitting into smaller patches. But for now here it is. Andy Fleming	995daa0b81	Add mdio command for new PHY infrastructure ... The new mdio command doesn't have all of the features of the mii command, but it provides the necessary read/write primitives, and allows users to interact with 10G PHYs, and other PHYs which use Clause 45 of 802.3. This means that the mdio command requires a "Device Address" argument, though for clause 22 PHYs, the argument can be "-".
