This addresses all drivers whose initializers have already
been moved to board_eth_init()/cpu_eth_init().

The only board using this driver is the SL8245 board.

This is a compatibility step that allows both the older form
and the new form to co-exist for a while until the older can
be removed entirely.
All transformations are of the form:
