As discussed on the list, move "arch/ppc" to "arch/powerpc" to
better match the Linux directory structure.
Please note that this patch also changes the "ppc" target in
MAKEALL to "powerpc" to match this new infrastructure. But "ppc"
is kept as an alias for now, to not break compatibility with
scripts using this name.

Now that the other architecture-specific lib directories have been
moved out of the top-level directory there's not much reason to have the
'_generic' suffix on the common lib directory.

According to the PPC reference implementation the udelay() function is
responsible for resetting the watchdog timer as frequently as needed.
Most other architectures do not meet that requirement, so long-running
operations might result in a watchdog reset.
This patch adds a generic udelay() function which takes care of
resetting the watchdog before calling an architecture-specific
__udelay().

Dependencies are calculated for all files in the SRCS variable.
Previously, the SRCS variable contained files which were symlinked
into the api_examples/ directory. These symlinked files did not exist
when dependencies were calculated when building out of tree. This
resulted in errors such as:
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/work/wd/tmp-ppc/api_examples/.depend', needed by `_depend'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/wd/git/u-boot/work/api_examples'
make: *** [depend] Error 2
Since symlinked source files are no longer used, this bug no longer
exists.

This is an API for external (standalone) applications running on top of
U-Boot, and is meant to be more extensible and robust than the existing
jumptable mechanism. It is similar to UNIX syscall approach. See api/README
for more details.
Included is the demo application using this new framework (api_examples).
Please note this is still an experimental feature, and is turned off by
default.
