We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

This symbol enables some library code used by various SATA drivers,
so make this a non-user-visible symbol select'ed by the respective
drivers, and let moveconfig handle the rest.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_UBI
CONFIG_ENV_IS_NOWHERE
In fact this already exists for sunxi as a 'choice' config. However not
all the choices are available in Kconfig yet so we cannot use that. It
would lead to more than one option being set.
In addition, one purpose of this series is to allow the environment to be
stored in more than one place. So the existing choice is converted to a
normal config allowing each option to be set independently.
There are not many opportunities for Kconfig updates to reduce the size of
this patch. This was tested with
./tools/moveconfig.py -i CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC
And then manual updates. This is because for CHAIN_OF_TRUST boards they
can only have ENV_IS_NOWHERE set, so we enforce that via Kconfig logic
now.

In the cases of some boards, a MACH_TYPE number is used which is either
not registered upstream or worse (for functionality) is re-using the
number of a different (or reference) platform instead. Make sure we
have a comment in these cases.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

Currently we need to build one U-boot image for each of the udoo
variants: quad and dual-lite.
By switching to SPL we can support all two variants with a single binary.
Based on the SPL for wandboard.
Tested with OpenELEC (Open Embedded Linux Entertainment Center)
on both boards.

The linux/sizes.h, asm/arch/imx-regs.h, asm/imx-common/gpio.h,
config_cmd_default.h includes are used fairly universally across imx6 boards
so include them in mx6_common.h by default.
We define CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH before config_cmd_default.h so that we
don't have to undef CONFIG_CMD_FLASH / CONFIG_CMD_IMLS everywhere.

Enable CONFIG_SYS_GENERIC_BOARD, so that we get rid of the following warning on
boot:

Change the default environment to use zImage instead of uImage, this
requires changes to the default environment to load a file named
zImage instead of uImage, and to use the 'bootz' command instead of
'bootm' when booting the kernel.

This patch fixes allow for the DeviceTree and initrd relocation fixing
the boot of FSL 3.10.9-1.0.0-alpha kernel.

The reasoning, as explained by Hui Liu, is:

| The FDT blob will be placed at DDR physical addr: 0x11000000. When Linux kernel
| Boot up, it will decompress the compressed kernel image and place the decompressed
| kernel image at the low end of the DDR memory and start running from it. If the
| decompressed kernel image is bigger for example than 16M, it may over written the
| fdt blob which u-boot loaded to the DDR memory @0x11000000 with fdt_addr=0x11000000

| To expand the fdt_addr from 0x11000000 to 0x18000000, which can avoid the override
| Since we will not likely have one kernel image larger than 128MB.
