The change is currently needed to be able to remove the board
configuration scripting from the top level Makefile and replace it by
a simple, table driven script.
Moving this configuration setting into the "CONFIG_*" name space is
also desirable because it is needed if we ever should move forward to
a Kconfig driven configuration system.

Somehow I missed the NAND booting targets in the 4xx linker script
consolidation patchset. This patch fixes this issue.

This patch updates the "normal" Bamboo NOR booting port, so
that it is compatible with the coming soon NAND booting
Bamboo port.
It also enables the 2nd NAND flash on the Bamboo.

NETTA.ERR and NETTA_ISDN - will go away when the new NAND support is
implemented for these boards.
