I just made a small change on the openrisc-generic platform
configuration to take in account the new naming convention (or1k instead
of or32, so the build process gets fine).
Could you take care to review and approve the following patch, please?

The syntax
CROSS_COMIPLE ?= <cross_compiler_prefix>
does not work because config.mk is parsed after
exporting CROSS_COMPILE.
Like Linux Kernel's arch/$(ARCH)/Makefile,
we must write as follows:
ifeq ($(CROSS_COMPILE),)
CROSS_COMPILE := <cross_compiler_prefix>
endif

Au1x00 is a SoC and its specific code should reside in an own
SoC subdirectory. Also add -mtune=4kc flag for CPU optimization.
