We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }
in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in
the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its
own table.

Now that none of the core checks CONFIG_NET_MULTI, there's not much point
in boards defining it. So scrub all references to it.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_END was a misnomer as it suggests this might be
some end address; to make the meaning more clear we rename it into
CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE
No other code changes are performed in this patch, only minor editing
of white space (due to the changed length) and the comments was done,
where noticed.
Note that the code for the PATI and cmi_mpc5xx board configurations
looks seriously broken. Last known maintainers on Cc:

Reside Ethernet buffer descriptors in SRAM instead of DRAM. Add
CONFIG_SYS_TX_ETH_BUFFER in platform configuration file. Update
DRAM control and SRAM control register setting. Update cache
setting where size does not write to proper region.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

Replace CONFIG_8xx and CONFIG_MCF532x to CONFIG_MII_INIT in
cmd_init.c. Add CONFIG_MII_INIT to board configuration files
that use mii_init() in cmd_init.c.

Enabled cache in cpu_init_f() for faster flash to mem allocation. Updated cache handling in start.S. Applied cache invalidate in fec_send() and fec_recv(). Added CFG_UNIFY_CACHE for CF V3 only.

Create new header file to include immap_5xxx.h and m5xxx.h and to share among drivers without update in driver file each processor is added. Moved peripherals base address and defines from configs file to immap.h.
