The address of SCFSR register is wrong at SH7720/SH7721.
This patch fix this.

SH7763 has 3 SCIF channels. SCIF0 and 1 are same register constitution,
but only SCIF2 is different. This patch work all SCIF channel.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

Receive FIFO level register is different in SH4A.
Because register is different, cannot occasionally receive data.

SH7710/SH7712 of SH3 CPU are supported.
SH771X is called SH-Ether, and has the Ether controller in CPU.
The driver of Ether is not included in this patch.
