OMAP3 used GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x8_LAYOUT and GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x16_LAYOUT macros
to configure GPMC controller for x7 or x8 bit device connected to its interface.
Now this information is encoded in CONFIG_SYS_NAND_DEVICE_WIDTH macro, so above
macros can be completely removed.

Add SPL U-Boot support to replace x-loader on the Compulab cm_t35
board. Currently only the 256MiB SDRAM board versions are supported.
Tested by booting via MMC and NAND.

Compulab boards use the same eeprom code, so move the eeprom related
code to live under board/compulab/common directory.
Also make several adjustments to eeprom functions namespace, so it will
be generic for compulab boards.

This commit unifies board-specific USB initialization implementations
under one symbol (usb_board_init), declaration of which is available in
usb.h.
New API allows selective initialization of USB controllers whenever needed.

Currently the cm-t35 support code lives under board/cm_t35 directory.
Some of the code can be shared with other/future CompuLab boards,
so move the cm-t35 to live under board/compulab/cm_t35 directory.

u-boot standard i2c read prototype is

twl4030_i2c_read_u8(u8 addr, u8 *val, u8 reg)
does not provide consistency, so switch the prototype to be
consistent with rest of u-boot i2c operations:

We make these two functions take a size_t pointer to how much space
was used on NAND to read or write the buffer (when reads/writes happen)
so that bad blocks can be accounted for. We also make them take an
loff_t limit on how much data can be read or written. This means that
we can now catch the case of when writing to a partition would exceed
the partition size due to bad blocks. To do this we also need to make
check_skip_len count not just complete blocks used but partial ones as
well. All callers of nand_(read|write)_skip_bad are adjusted to call
these with the most sensible limits available.

Introduce a __weak misc_init_r function that just runs dieid_num_r().
Remove misc_init_r from cm_t35, mcx, omap3_logic and mt_ventoux as this was
all they did for misc_init_r.

Add parameters to the OMAP MMC initialization function so the board can
mask host capabilities and set the maximum clock frequency. While the
OMAP supports a certain set of MMC host capabilities, individual boards
may be more restricted and the OMAP may need to be configured to match
the board. The PRG_SDMMC1_SPEEDCTRL bit in the OMAP3 is an example.

The reset_net_chip() function has wrong timings for the reset pulse.
This appeared to work until:
0607e2b (ARMV7: OMAP: Write more than 1 byte at a time in i2c_write)
Fix the Ethernet support by introducing right timings.
