- remove all references to CONFIG_INIT_CRITICAL for ARM based boards
- introduce two new configuration options instead:
CONFIG_SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT and CONFIG_SKIP_RELOCATE_UBOOT
- add u-boot.hex target in the top level Makefile
- add support for the UNSW/NICTA PLEB 2 board (pleb2)
- use -mtune=xscale and -march=armv5 options for PXA
before we can access it; add delay in case we are faster (with no
CF card inserted)
