Thomas reported U-Boot failed to build host tools if libfdt-devel
package is installed because tools include libfdt headers from
/usr/include/ instead of using internal ones.
This commit moves the header code:
include/libfdt.h -> include/linux/libfdt.h
include/libfdt_env.h -> include/linux/libfdt_env.h
and replaces include directives:
#include <libfdt.h> -> #include <linux/libfdt.h>
#include <libfdt_env.h> -> #include <linux/libfdt_env.h>

This patch adds changes necessary to move functionality present in
PowerPC folders with ARM architectures that have DPAA1 QBMan hardware
- Create new board/freescale/common/fsl_portals.c to house shared
device tree fixups for DPAA1 devices with ARM and PowerPC cores
- Add new header file to top includes directory to allow files in
both architectures to grab the function prototypes
- Port inhibit_portals() from PowerPC to ARM. This function is used in
setup to disable interrupts on all QMan and BMan portals. It is
needed because the interrupts are enabled by default for all portals
including unused/uninitialised portals. When the kernel attempts to
go to deep sleep the unused portals prevent it from doing so

We are now using an env_ prefix for environment functions. Rename these
two functions for consistency. Also add function comments in common.h.
Quite a few places use getenv() in a condition context, provoking a
warning from checkpatch. These are fixed up in this patch also.

With 3f66149d9f we no longer have a common call fdt_fixup_ethernet.
This was fine to do on PowerPC as they largely had calls already in
ft_cpu_fixup. On ARM however we largely relied on this call. Rather
than introduce a large number of changes to ft_cpu_fixup /
ft_board_fixup we recognize that this is a common enough call that we
should be doing it in a central location. Do it early enough that we
can do any further updates in ft_cpu_fixup / ft_board_fixup.

SEC registers can be of type Little Endian or big Endian depending upon
Freescale SoC. Here SoC defines the register type of SEC IP.
So update acessor functions with common SEC acessor functions to take care
both type of endianness.

Add deep sleep support in SPI/SD boot. The destination address
second stage uboot image is loaded to is changed because
currently this address will be used by kernel which means
we can't reserve it for resume.
Entry point to kernel is still placed in second stage uboot.

On some SoC(e.g. T2080/T4240) the 3rd DMA is not functional if SRIO2 is
chosen. we add fdt_fixup_dma3() to disable the 3rd DMA if SRIO2 is chosen.

This is a workaround for 32 bit hardware limitation of TDM.
T1040 has 36 bit physical addressing, TDM DMAC register
are 32 bit wide but need to store address of CCSR space
which lies beyond 32 bit address range. This workaround
creats a LAW to enable access of TDM DMA to CCSR by
mapping CCSR to overlap with DDR.
A hole of 16M is created in memory using device tree. This
workaround law is set only if "tdm" is defined in hwconfig.
Also disable POST tests and add LIODN for TDM

gd->bd->bi_baudrate is a copy of gd->baudrate.
Since baudrate is a common feature for all architectures,
keep gd->baudrate only.
It is true that bi_baudrate was passed to the kernel in that structure
but it was a long time ago.

T1040RDB and T1040QDS boards have an integrated l2 switch.
The switch needs a MAC address for Layer 2 protocols
(MSTP, LLDP, LACP, etc). Setting a MAC address on l2switchaddr will add
a MAC in device-tree, under node l2switch.

When indexing freqProcessor[] we use the first
value in the cpu's "reg" property, which on
new e6500 cores IDs the threads.
But freqProcessor[] should be indexed with a
core index so, when fixing "the clock-frequency"
cpu node property, access the freqProcessor[]
with the core index derived from the "reg' property.
If we don't do this, last half of the "cpu" nodes
will have broken "clock-frequency" values.

because of this code checkpatch script generates "WARNING: Avoid CamelCase".
Convert variables name to normal naming convention and modify board, driver

Prepare for emulator support for mpc85xx parts.
Disable DDR training and skip wrlvl_cntl_2 and wrlvl_cntl_3 registers.
These two registers improve stability but not supported by emulator.
Add CONFIG_FSL_TBCLK_EXTRA_DIV for possible adjustment to time base.

The boot page in memory is already reserved so OS won't overwrite.
As long as the boot page translation is active, the default boot page
also needs to be reserved in case the memory is 4GB or more.

Boot space translation utilizes the pre-translation address to select
the DDR controller target. However, the post-translation address will be
presented to the selected DDR controller. It is possible that the pre-
translation address selects one DDR controller but the post-translation
address exists in a different DDR controller when using certain DDR
controller interleaving modes. The device may fail to boot under these
circumstances. Note that a DDR MSE error will not be detected since DDR
controller bounds registers are programmed to be the same when configured
for DDR controller interleaving.

We don't care E bit of SVR in most cases. Clear E bit for SVR_SOC_VER().
This will simplify the coding. Use IS_E_PROCESSOR() to identify SoC with
encryption. Remove all _E entries from SVR list and CPU list.

The localbus controller node in the device tree is typically a root node,
even though the controller is part of CCSR. If we were to put the lbc
node under the SOC node, then the 'ranges' property in the lbc node would
translate through the 'ranges' property of the parent SOC node, and we
don't want that.
Since the lbc is a separate node, it's possible for the 'reg' property to
be wrong. This happened with the original version of p1022ds.dts, which
used a 32-bit value in the 'reg' address, instead of a 36-bit address.

Several macros are used to identify and locate the microcode binary image
that U-boot needs to upload to the QE or Fman. Both the QE and the Fman
use the QE Firmware binary format to package their respective microcode data,
which is why the same macros are used for both. A given SOC will only have
a QE or an Fman, so this is safe.
Unfortunately, the current macro definition and usage has inconsistencies.
For example, CONFIG_SYS_FMAN_FW_ADDR was used to define the address of Fman
firmware in NOR flash, but CONFIG_SYS_QE_FW_IN_NAND contains the address
of NAND. There's no way to know by looking at a variable how it's supposed
to be used.
In the future, the code which uploads QE firmware and Fman firmware will
be merged.

Make the fixup matchable with dts and kernel. Update the compatible from
"fsl,flexcan-v1.0" to "fsl,p1010-flexcan" and Change the "clock-freq"
property to "clock-frequency". We also change flexcan frequency from
CCB-clock to CCB-clock/2 according to P1010 spec.
We now keep the old interfaces to make previous kernel work. They should
be removed in the future.

For P3060 and P4080, USB pins are multiplexed with other functions.
Update the device tree status for USB ports based on setting of
RCW[EC1] & RCW[EC2] which describe if pins are muxed to usb.

Function fdt_create_phandle() conveniently creates new phandle properties
using both "linux,phandle" and "phandle", so it should be used by all code
that wants to create a phandle.
The Fman firmware code, which embeds an Fman firmware into the device tree,
was creating the phandle properties manually. Instead, change it to use
fdt_create_phandle().
