There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.
Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration:

Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure
this option is not enabled in SPL by this change. Also this option is
enabled automatically in the host builds by defining CONFIG_FIT in the
image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing.

CONFIG_CONSOLE_CURSOR, CONFIG_SYS_CONSOLE_BLINK_COUNT and
CONFIG_CONSOLE_TIME are not used by any board. The implementation is not
great and stands in the way of a refactor of i8042. Drop these for now.
They can be re-introduced quite easily later, perhaps with driver-model
real-time-clock (RTC) support.
When reintroducing, it might be useful to make a few changes:
- Blink time would be more useful than blink count
- The confusing #ifdefs should be avoided
- The time functions should support driver model
- It would be best keyed off console_tstc() or some similar idle loop
rather than a particular input driver (i8042 in this case)

For most PPC platforms, they will call the first get_clocks() in
init_sequence_f[] as they define CONFIG_PPC. CONFIG_SYS_FSL_CLK is
then defined to call the second get_clocks(), which should be
redundant for PPC.

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.
Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.
A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

We really don't want boards defining fixed MAC addresses in their config
so we just remove the option to set it in a fixed way. If you must have
a MAC address that was not provisioned, then use the random MAC address
functionality.

This has been reached to upper limit of the platforms and causig
linker error. So increase the u-boot binary size to 768KB.

Move sanity check to prepare1 target to avoid nasty troubles.
Before this commit, LDSCRIPT existence was not checked
when it was specified by CONFIG_SYS_LDSCRIPT.
Now LDSCRIPT existence is checked for all boards.
$(wildcard $(LDSCRIPT)) must point to the linker scripts
with absolute path.
Otherwise, make will terminate with a false error
on out-of-tree build.

The last users of CONFIG_KGDB_SER_INDEX were removed more than 3 years
ago in commits 550650ddd0 and bf16500f79, either kgdb subsystem should
care about this parameter or it should be gone completely.

The definitions for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT are varied with little reason other
than to display the board name. Over half the definitions are "==> ", so
make this the default. The rest of the boards remain unchanged to avoid
breaking any external scripts expecting a certain prompt.

The pci_indirect.c file is always compiled when
CONFIG_PCI is defined although the indirect PCI
bridge support is not needed by every board.
Introduce a new CONFIG_PCI_INDIRECT_BRIDGE
config option and only compile indirect PCI
bridge support if this options is enabled.
Also add the new option into the configuration
files of the boards which needs that.
Compile tested for powerpc, x86, arm and nds32.

Since commit 97039ab98 (env_mmc: Allow board code to override the environment address)
mmc_get_env_addr is a weak-aliased function in common/env_mmc.c
The mmc_get_env_addr implementation that exists at
board/freescale/common/sdhc_boot.c is meant to be used only for PowerPC boards,
but currently it is being used for all platforms that have CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC defined.
Introduce CONFIG_FSL_FIXED_MMC_LOCATION so that the boards that need to use
the mmc_get_env_addr version from board/freescale/common/sdhc_boot.c could activate
this config option on their board file.
This fixes the retrieval of CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET on non-PowerPC boards.

isn't expected and breaks things. Fixing the board config.h to NOT

MPC8536DS offer booting from SDcard or SPI flash. This patch defined that
u-boot can save the environment variables on SDcard or SPI flash when
booting from the related device. The Env parameter region and linux
kernel region have overlap in SPI-Flash, So change the Env param saving
address.

1. The SD_DATA[4:7] signals are shared with the SPI chip selects on 8536DS,
so don't set MPC85xx_PMUXCR_SD_DATA that config eSDHC data bus-width
to 4-bit and enable SPI signals.

Introduce the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW
macros, which contain the high and low portions of CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS.
This is necessary for the assembly-language code that relocates CCSR, since
the assembler does not understand 64-bit constants.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is automatically defined from the
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW macros, so it
should not be defined in a board header file. Similarly,
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is defined for each SOC in config_mpc85xx.h, so
it should also not be defined in the board header file.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE is a "short-cut" macro that guarantees that
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is set to the same value as CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT,
and so CCSR will not be relocated.
Since CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is locked to a fixed value, multi-stage U-Boot
builds (e.g. NAND) are required to relocate CCSR only during the last stage
(i.e. the "real" U-Boot). All other stages should define
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE to ensure that CCSR is not relocated.
README is updated with descriptions of all the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_xxx macros.

CONFIG_SYS_BOOTMAPSZ has been 64M on these boards for some time so we
should also allow the kernel image to be up to 64M decompressed. This
also matches what we pass to the OS based on the ePAPR specification.

Rather than defining it config.mk we can set it in config.h and remove
config.mk from several boards that don't need it.
We mimic what 4xx does and introduce CONFIG_RESET_VECTOR_ADDRESS for
config.h to set.
