This patch is for s5pc210 support.
Due to the resigter of baudrate is changed from slot to value,
add both of them to uart structure.

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.

This patch adds support for the Samsung s5pc100 and s5pc110
SoCs. The s5pc1xx SoC is an ARM Cortex A8 processor.
