The config option has been removed by one of the syncs with the Linux
mainline MTD subsystem:
ff94bc40af (mtd, ubi, ubifs: resync with Linux-3.14)
It has been left inside the config files. Currently does not look to
serve any purpose, so remove it now from all the configs.

SBC-T3517 evaluation board has two Eth interfaces.
Enable network retry of another interface if the default if failed
or disconnected.
Add 'netretry=yes' in the default env. Setup relevant
timeout values in the board config file.

Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate
boards globally.
The migration is done as follows:
- Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the
entry moved to their defconfig files.
- Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT
right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone.
- This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h
files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and
includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common,
ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common.
- Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were
not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that
since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever
the default is.
- On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some
<boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common,
bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and
omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files.
- The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for
assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT.

USB-related options are usually prefixed with CONFIG_USB and platform-specific
adaptation for the MUSB controller already have a CONFIG_USB_MUSB prefix, so
this switches all MUSB-related options to a CONFIG_USB_MUSB prefix, for
consistency.

Create CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_BUS #define to tell the EEPROM

We are about to switch to Kconfig in the next commit.
But there are something to get done beforehand.
In Kconfig, include/generated/autoconf.h defines boolean
CONFIG macros as 1.
CONFIG_SPL and CONFIG_TPL, if defined, must be set to 1.
Otherwise, when switching to Kconfig, the build log
would be sprinkled with warning messages like this:

OMAP3 used GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x8_LAYOUT and GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x16_LAYOUT macros
to configure GPMC controller for x7 or x8 bit device connected to its interface.
Now this information is encoded in CONFIG_SYS_NAND_DEVICE_WIDTH macro, so above
macros can be completely removed.

Now that we wait the correct specification-mandated time at the end of
usb_hub_power_on(), I suspect that CONFIG_USB_HUB_MIN_POWER_ON_DELAY has
no purpose.
For cm_t35.h, we already wait longer than the original MIN_POWER_ON_DELAY,
so this change is safe.
For gw_ventana.h, we will wait as long as the original MIN_POWER_ON_DELAY
iff pgood_delay was at least 200ms. I'm not sure if this is the case or
not, hence I've CC'd relevant people to test this change.

Patch a7e36fc9 (mtd: nand: omap: remove unused #defines from common
omap_gpmc.h) removed some MTD related defines. Including
GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x8_LAYOUT. But this define is also needed for the
memory controller configuration (only the x8 defines are needed,
the x16 defines are the default). Without it the NAND subsystem is
not configured correctly and booting into U-Boot does not work.

OMAP NAND driver can detect Page-size and OOB-size of NAND device from ONFI
params or nand_id[] table. And based on that it defines ECC layout.
This patch
1) removes following board configs used for defining NAND ECC layout
- GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x16_LAYOUT (for large page x16 NAND)
- GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x8_LAYOUT (for large page x8 NAND)
- GPMC_NAND_ECC_SP_x16_LAYOUT (for small page x16 NAND)
- GPMC_NAND_ECC_SP_x8_LAYOUT (for small page x8 NAND)
2) removes unused #defines in common omap_gpmc.h depending on above configs
Build tested using: ./MAKEALL -s am33xx -s omap3 -s omap4 -s omap5

Following commit "arm: omap3: Enable clocks for peripherals only if they are
used" (f33b9bd398) it is now necessary to enable
clocks for GPIO banks explicitly. On cm_t35, GPIO bank 5 is necessary for
scf0403 lcd support.

This patch makes the following updates to the cm_t35 config file:
- Replace "ttyS" in default environment kernel bootargs with the new "ttyO"
notation.
- Remove "omapfb.debug=y" from default environment kernel bootargs.
- Define a minimal power-on delay for USB hub ports so that slow-to-power-on USB
sticks will have enough time to become responsive.
- Add support for bootz command
- ulpi_reset is not necessary and always fails with the following error message:
"ULPI: ulpi_reset: failed writing reset bit"
So, remove it.

Fix usage of 'mmc rescan' by many configs. Proper use is
'mmc dev ${mmcdev}; mmc rescan' to set the mmc device and then rescan
the device. 'mmc rescan' itself does not take any arguments.

CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.

The current configuration selects an incorrect NAND ECC layout,
which causes u-boot to write HW ECC data incorrectly.
This patch selects the right layout.

Reduce the environment size (128KB => 16KB) to improve the environment
operations time (e.g. reading, ecc calculation).
