This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

The linux/sizes.h, asm/arch/imx-regs.h, asm/imx-common/gpio.h,
config_cmd_default.h includes are used fairly universally across imx6 boards
so include them in mx6_common.h by default.
We define CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH before config_cmd_default.h so that we
don't have to undef CONFIG_CMD_FLASH / CONFIG_CMD_IMLS everywhere.

Entering the maximum number of characters defined by CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE into
the console and hitting enter afterwards, causes a hang in the system because
CONFIG_SYS_PBSIZE is not capable of storing the extra characters of the error
message:
"Unknown command '' - try 'help'".
Use the default CONFIG_SYS_PBSIZE definition from config_fallbacks.h to solve
this problem.

Update the ddr scripts for LPDDR2 and add two build configs for LPDDR2
arm2 board. Since the LPDDR2 arm2 board has different DDR size, use
CONFIG_DDR_MB in defconfig to replace the PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE.

This patch adds the i.MX6DL arm2 board support. The i.MX6DL ARM2
shared the same board with i.MX6Q ARM2 board since the i.MX6DL is
pin-pin compatible with i.MX6Q.
The patch also support the DDR 32-BIT mode option. Please define
CONFIG_DDR_32BIT in the board configure file to enable DDR 32-BIT
mode.But due to the board design, it's 64bit DDR buswidth physically,
so, if you CONFIG_DDR_32BIT, the DDR memory size will be half of it.

Define CONFIG_SYS_FSL_ESDHC_ADDR using USDHC4_BASE_ADDR.
USDHC3 and USDHC4 are both initialized in board_mmc_init. There is
no restriction on USDHC3 addr or USDHC4 addr should be assigned to
CONFIG_SYS_FSL_ESDHC_ADDR. So, just choose USDHC4_BASE_ADDR to avoid
errors when fsl_esdhc_mmc_init is invoked.

Change the default environment to use zImage instead of uImage, this
requires changes to the default environment to load a file named
zImage instead of uImage, and to use the 'bootz' command instead of
'bootm' when booting the kernel.

There is no real benefit in adding the board name into U-boot's prompt, so
remove the custom CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT definitions so that the standard "=> "
prompt is used across FSL boards.

Commits 6dc71c8 "MMC: MXS: Toggle the generic bounce buffer on the
boards" and 49a627f "MMC: Remove the MMC bounce buffer" replaced
CONFIG_MMC_BOUNCE_BUFFER with CONFIG_BOUNCE_BUFFER, but missed
converting a few boards over to the new option. Fix this.

Fix usage of 'mmc rescan' by many configs. Proper use is
'mmc dev ${mmcdev}; mmc rescan' to set the mmc device and then rescan
the device. 'mmc rescan' itself does not take any arguments.

CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.

Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value
different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here
as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior.

We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }
in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in
the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its
own table.

To be able to load the device tree and initrd correctly, set
the fdt_high and initrd_high environment variables.
Using 0xffffffff implies that the device tree and the initrd
are initially copied to working addresses. This will avoid an
additional copy.
Loading the device tree to 0x30000000 and the initrd to 0x3c000000
should work for both boards, the ARM2 and SabreLite.
Example (SabreLite):
fatload mmc 0:2 0x10000000 uImage
fatload mmc 0:2 0x3c000000 uInitrd
fatload mmc 0:2 0x30000000 board.dtb
bootm 0x10000000 0x3c000000 0x30000000
Note: This requires that the kernel has CONFIG_HIGHMEM enabled.

Add the initial support for Freescale i.MX6Q Armadillo2 board
Support: MMC boot from slot 0/1, debug UART(UART4), usdhc.
There is two MMC slots on the boards:
mmc dev 0 -> connect USDHC3 -> the lower slot on the board,

The serial driver for iMX SOCs is continuosly changed if a
new SOC or not yet used port is used. CONFIG_SYS_<SOC>_<UART Port>
defines were used only to find the base address for the selected UART.
Instead of that, move the base address to the board configuration
file and drop all #ifdef from driver.
