The NOR flash on Keystone 2 evms has a u-boot-spl partition size of
0x80000.
Currently burn_uboot_spi will erase 0x100000 from the spi NOR which will
cause a partial erase of the misc partition.
Fix this by correcting the erase size.

If CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN is enabled, the stack is moved down to the
specified size to make the malloc function available before relocation.
But on keystone platforms SYS_SPL_MALLOC is immediately preceding stack,
which is causing an overlap with this config enabled.
So leave a gap between malloc space and stack space.

Currently u-boot stack is defined at the beginning of MSMC RAM.
This is a problem for uart boot mode as ROM downloads directly to
starting of MSMC RAM.
Fixing it by moving stack to the end of u-boot section and shifting
SYS_TEXT_BASE to the start of MSMC RAM.
Updated division of MSMC RAM is shown below:

9MB reserved for initrd is not enough for default ramfs used for keystone
devices, which is ~33MB. This patch increases the size up to 80MB.

Try to maintain as much commonality by conditionally including stuff
in armv7_common as necessary and removing the common defines from
keystone2 header.
Note: as part of this change, all keystone2 platforms will now start
using the generic u-boot prompt instead of the custom prompt.

Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.
Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.
A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

The Multicore Software Development Kit (MCSDK) provides foundational
software for TI KeyStone II device platforms. It's supposed to be used
with uboot, and it's convenient to have the same names for images, so
correct environment image names according to the last MCSDK3.

Currently to customize env for various ks2 boards, individual
variables such as NAME_FS etc are defined and included in the
common config.h to define CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_SETTINGS. This
doesn't scale well if a variable is not applicable on a
specific board. Using this scheme, we have to define variables
with empty value and it's ugly. Instead, to allow board specific
customization of default env variable, define a common
CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_KS2_SETTINGS for all common variables and define
board specific variables in individual board specific config.h
using CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_KS2_BOARD_SETTINGS. Use the common and board
specific variables to define CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_SETTINGS. This way
more variables can be added in future for individual boards
without affecting the other config.h files.

CONFIG_SYS_HZ is always defined as 1000 in config_fallbacks.h
(but some boards still have redundant definitions).
This commit moves the definition and the document in README to
Kconfig. Since lib/Kconfig can assure that CONFIG_SYS_HZ is 1000,
the sanity check in lib/time.c should be removed.

test <start_addr in hex> <end_addr in hex> - test DDR from start\n
address to end address\n

compare DDR data of (size) bytes from start address to end

ddr ecc_err <addr in hex> <bit_err in hex> - generate bit errors\n
in DDR data at <addr>, the command will read a 32-bit data\n
from <addr>, and write (data ^ bit_err) back to <addr>\n
Delete CONFIG_MAX_UBOOT_MEM_SIZE, as it was supposed to be used
for ddr3 commands and for now it's not needed any more.

The phy framework has function to get link, so use it
instead of own implementation.
There is no reason to check SGMII link while sending each
packet, phy link is enough. Check SGMII link only while
ethernet open.

As MDIO bus has been added we can register PHYs with it.
After registration, the PHY driver will be probed according to the
hardware on board.
Startup PHY at the ethernet open.
Use phy_startup() instead of keystone_get_link_status() when eth open,
as it verifies PHY link inside and SGMII link is checked before.
For K2HK evm PHY configuration at init was absent, so don't enable
phy config at init for k2hk evm.

SerDes driver is used by other sub systems like PCI, sRIO etc.
So modify it to be more general. The SerDes driver provides common
API's that can also be extended for other peripherals SerDes
configurations.

The header file for the driver should be in correct place.
So move it to "arch/arm/include/asm/ti-common/keystone_net.h"
and correct driver's external dependencies. At the same time
align and correct some definitions.

Add support of usb xhci. xHCI controls all USB speeds of the Host
mode, that is, the SS through the SS PHY, as well as the HS, FS, and
LS through the USB2 PHY. xHCI replaces and supersedes all previous
host HCIs (HS-only EHCI, FS/LS OHCI and UHCI), and is therefore not
backwards compatible with any of them. The USB3SS’s USB Controller is
fully compliant with xHC.

The keystone_nav is used by drivers/net/keystone_net.c driver to
send and receive packets, but currently it's placed at keystone
arch sources. So it should be in the drivers directory also.
It's separate driver that can be used for sending and receiving
pktdma packets by others drivers also.
This patch just move this driver to appropriate directory and
doesn't add any functional changes.

Currently, CONFIG_SPL_SPI_* #defines are used for controlling SPI boot in
SPL. These #defines do not allow the user to select SPI mode for the SPI flash
(there's no CONFIG_SPL_SPI_MODE, so the SPI mode is hardcoded in
spi_spl_load.c), and duplicate information already provided by
CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_* #defines.
Kill CONFIG_SPL_SPI_*, and use CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_* instead.

Use KS2_ prefix in all definitions, for that replace K2HK_ prefix and
add KS2_ prefix where it's needed. It requires to change names also
in places where they're used. Align lines and remove redundant
definitions in kardware-k2hk.h at the same time.
Using common KS2_ prefix helps resolve redundant redefinitions and
adds opportunity to use KS2_ definition across a project not thinking about
what SoC should be used. It's more convenient and we don't need to worry
about the SoC type in common files, hardware.h will think about that.
The hardware.h decides definitions of what SoC to use.

Add script to automate NAND flash process. As for now the board has
two burn scripts - burn to boot from SPI NOR flash and burn to boot
from AEMIF NAND flash, rename burn_uboot script to burn_uboot_spi.
Also update README to contain NAND burn U-boot process description.

The Keystone SoCs use the same NAND driver as Davinci.
This patch adds opportunity to write Keystone U-boot image to NAND
device using appropriate RBL ECC layout. This is needed only if RBL
boots U-boot from NAND device and that's supposed that raw u-boot
partition is used only for writing image.
The main problem is that default Davinci ECC layout is different from
Keystone RBL layout. To read U-boot image the RBL needs that image was
written using RBL ECC layout.
The BBT table is written using default Davinci layout and has to
be updated using one. The BBT can be updated only while erasing
chip or by forced bad block assigning, so erase function has to
use native ecc layout in order to be able to write BBT correctly.
So if we're writing to NAND U-boot address we use RBL layout for
others we use default ECC layout.
Also remove definition for CONFIG_CMD_NAND_ECCLAYOUT as there is no
reasons to use ECC layout commands. It was added by mistake.
